Standard Returns:
Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 866-589-0971 or emailing us for a Return Authorization Number.
This RA# is required to be included with your return shipment which will ensure proper credit to your account.
*There is a 10% Restocking Fee on all returned items.
**Original and Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.
Special Orders:
Please Note that Special Orders and Non-Stock items are "non-returnable/non-refundable" as such, you must take delivery and pay for all Special Orders as originally agreed to.
